Long live Michelle, the absolute saviour of the day ❤️ one day before my wedding, I decided to wear my wedding dress to make sure everything was fine. And it was, until I accidentally ripped it... Michelle was by herself in the shop and she very busy but she took some time to help me out and fixed my dress in no time at all. Thank you for saving my special day Michelle 🤗🤗

Excellent service from Pritti and Bertie. I dropped off 3 items for dry cleaning and paid extra for 'Rush' as I had left my cleaning too late and they got my garments back to me in less than 24hrs. Highly recommended for their speed, efficiency and great customer service.

My clothes came back with stains that would’ve come out in my washing machine at home and one of them looks like it hadn’t even been ironed. Definitely or worth the price I was charged (more expensive than my dry cleaner in London!). This is my second bad experience and I’ve only used them 3 times. Never again

Anything less than 7 days charged at Express service, absolutely scandalous. Didn't need the suit for 4 days after taking it in. That's not an express service.
