This gets beyond ridiculous with them. Asked to shorten a pair of curtains to 221cm length. After 4 weeks of wait they were presented done to me however when I hang them they were dragging on the floor. I measured curtains and their length was from 219-228 in different places. Taken it back. Another 2 weeks and they returned it. Brought it home and it turns out they didn’t change anything. It is still too long. 🤦♂️
While my suit was being dry cleaned, staff found a watch in one of the pockets. The watch was kept safe and returned to me on collection. I can't thank the staff enough for their integrity, honesty and professionalism in making sure the watch was returned to me. Many thanks!
What a fantastic service and staff Thanks to everyone involved. Nice to see people who care about there work and the people they are serving. I took the curtains in at 10.00am and they were ready by 3.00pm. Would certainly use you guys again and recommend to everyone. Five star service all round.
Absolutely blown away with this service, put a wedding dress through and Sandra and Michelle were unbelievably professional, pure smiles, thats what I wanted to see! Especially on valentines day, 10/10 definitely coming back without a doubt! Thank you!!!
Long live Michelle, the absolute saviour of the day ❤️ one day before my wedding, I decided to wear my wedding dress to make sure everything was fine. And it was, until I accidentally ripped it... Michelle was by herself in the shop and she very busy but she took some time to help me out and fixed my dress in no time at all. Thank you for saving my special day Michelle 🤗🤗
