I couldn’t be more happier with the service and the friendly atmosphere here at Johnsons. I dropped off my campervan cushions that had cooking oil stains and muck on them. The ladies worked their magic on them and they came up looking brand new again. I was extremely impressed with how good they looked. Great service and efficient service through and through.

Previously no issues, completely ruined when trying to hire a rug doctor. Called beforehand, told they had them in stock, stated we would come down, absolutely no problem. Turn up to to be told (incorrectly) that we need 2x ID and utility bill to rent and credit card insufficient as proof of ID. No issues with providing ID, just let us know beforehand in future....and then when we have the correct ID (accepted by B&Q), don't tell us that it's wrong...your own signs say it's accepted

Staff here are always very busy, but always very helpful and calm - despite my tantrums with the QR code reader...! Thank you so much for being so wonderful.

Fantastic service! Went in with high expectations as I had left my dry cleaning until the very last minute, I explained and they listened and told me that they could get the suit done the next day which would just about do, however, some hours later I had a text and collected the suit all freshly dry cleaned and pressed, thank you for sorting me out in my hour of need!!!
