The ladies at Burton always go above and beyond, they are always very friendly and helpful and keep our clothes looking as good as new! And I’d also like to thank Tracey. Her sewing skills are amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble. She’s made my shirts look so much better. You are a star!
Tracey is an absolute gem! I called this morning for a quote and timescales for a king size duvet as our youngest had been quite ill in the night. Due to it being christmas eve the store was operating reduced hours and closed Xmas day and boxing day. If I could I’d give it a 0. The member of staff that was there at 12:00 PM, was rude and outright disrespectful, not just to me but to a fellow customer, the customer said the scanner didn’t work(parcel) and she kissed her teeth made snarky comments and gave me and the customer dirty looks. Then I asked for help to scan my second parcel and she gave me a very dirty look, asked me if I had moved the scanner when she moved it to help the other customer. Rude, unhelpful and mis-informed…. Entered the shop to complete Evri return, did not even reach the scanner and was immediately told ‘you can’t send it back like that and we don’t have packaging’ … I suggested that other locations do and was told to ‘go there then’….
I had my bedroom curtains cleaned last week 14/06/25, Everything was explained to me, especially about the eyelets. They had hung up my windows for about 5years, I also have the windows open 24/7. They are large curtains. They made a fantastic job cleaning them. They hang better than when I first hung them. Would definitely recommend them.
