It seems the vast majority of the negative reviews are friends of someone who may or may not have had a bad experience with this place🤷♂️ anyway Went into ask about prices and services offered and the lady behind the counter was exceptionally helpful! Decent rates and for the service I think I will be coming here to do my washing. Thanks for being so kind and welcoming. Also following good covid safety guidelines. Located within the big Sainsburys
Awful. Charged me £30 for repairs when I dropped off. Then charged me again when I picked up (two months later because they didn’t let me know it was ready), saying, very convincingly, that I hadn’t paid. They refunded me after I checked my statements but were incredibly rude about it. Also took far too much off the length of my dress after spending ages measuring it, so now I can’t even wear it. Big waste of time and money.
Terrible service - they had just received a delivery that required a lengthy process & further phone calls to sort out . Instead of booking in my dry cleaning & sending me on my way they decided to make me wait. Not ideal& I left to find a different dry cleaners
Went in to get a passport photo taken. Really efficient and friendly staff. Cost £12 which is around the same to the booths but nice to get the human interaction!
I had a large amount of cleaning to be done on behalf of an elderly customer of mine after a house fire. Numerous sets of curtains, sofa covers etc. the staff at Johnson’s were just incredible. So helpful and all carried out quick time too so I return the items before Christmas. Cleaning was a carried out to a high standard.
