It seems the vast majority of the negative reviews are friends of someone who may or may not have had a bad experience with this place🤷♂️ anyway Went into ask about prices and services offered and the lady behind the counter was exceptionally helpful! Decent rates and for the service I think I will be coming here to do my washing. Thanks for being so kind and welcoming. Also following good covid safety guidelines. Located within the big Sainsburys
Awful. Charged me £30 for repairs when I dropped off. Then charged me again when I picked up (two months later because they didn’t let me know it was ready), saying, very convincingly, that I hadn’t paid. They refunded me after I checked my statements but were incredibly rude about it. Also took far too much off the length of my dress after spending ages measuring it, so now I can’t even wear it. Big waste of time and money.
Terrible service - they had just received a delivery that required a lengthy process & further phone calls to sort out . Instead of booking in my dry cleaning & sending me on my way they decided to make me wait. Not ideal& I left to find a different dry cleaners
Went in to get a passport photo taken. Really efficient and friendly staff. Cost £12 which is around the same to the booths but nice to get the human interaction!
I've waited 6 weeks for my sons jacket to come back for a zip replacement went in again today still not here ,absolutely disgusted. the lady's in the shop have called the supplier at least four times now.i will not be taking anything else there 😡
