I was served today by a lovely kind young lady called Robyne, I needed some help with photo snaps of my dear Mum who recently passed away. Robyne was the kindest human. She was kind, sympathetic and understanding of how I felt. Didn't rush me and she really helped me. Robyne is an asset to the business and her customer service is outstanding. Thankyou

The woman from Liverpool that works there she was vaping while I was waiting for my clothes totally ignored me and was on her phone while trying to serve me and couldn't even find my clothes then she spilt tea on my clothes and told me to come back very unprofessional won't ever come back here Scouse woman is rude

Wonderful service and staff, particularly Carole who carries out many alterations to my wardrobe with care and skill. Friendly team without whom I would look like a scruffy hobo instead of the stylish and sophisticated man about town I am. Highly recommended!

Expensive but you get what you pay for i had a dress i noted had a stain been there for ages they said would try their best and presto stain gone well pleased
