Do not use Johnson’s Cleaners under any circumstances. I collected a new light coloured linen jacket from the Johnson’s service at John Lewis Solihull following dry cleaning. I open the cover the at home to find a huge blue stain on the front chest and another on the back! They both had dark water marks round them as well so somebody has obviously had a go at getting them out and can’t. In particular, Marlene had always demonstrated an exemplary standard of care, reliability, and expertise with my garments, which built a great deal of trust in this location. I was served today by a lovely kind young lady called Robyne, I needed some help with photo snaps of my dear Mum who recently passed away. Robyne was the kindest human. She was kind, sympathetic and understanding of how I felt. Didn't rush me and she really helped me. Robyne is an asset to the business and her customer service is outstanding. Thankyou

Wonderful service and staff, particularly Carole who carries out many alterations to my wardrobe with care and skill. Friendly team without whom I would look like a scruffy hobo instead of the stylish and sophisticated man about town I am. Highly recommended!
