I went into Timpson (max spielman) on the corner of Albert square in Manchester. I don’t know the name of the lady who helped me but she went above and beyond! I went in at about 5.25 and even though they closed at 5.30 she was so good. She was very knowledgeable about the photo products. And how they work in such a hot environment is beyond me. The shop needs aircon!

I turned up at Johnson’s on Cross Street in an absolute panic, I’m a funeral celebrant and my printer had broken and I needed copies of the script which I’d promised to the funeral families. I was greeted by Rachel who quickly and calmly took over and even after a number of challenges with the printer settings and a call to the help desk she made sure I had everything I needed and more.
