I've used Johnson's twice. Both times my linen shirts came back worse than when I dropped them off. Every shirt was incompletely pressed. The entire front placket and one sleeve were wrinkled. One white and one light blue shirt had black marks on them. I had to go to another cleaner to get my shirts done correctly.

Staff completely disinterested in helping customers, barely acknowledged big queue, taking every single task as slowly as possible. Refused to help myself and multiple others during my visit. Really poor

Great service if you like you're items, still stained and also covered in lint , and also they don't tend to bother using the hangers you provide them so they sure alter my suit thanks johnsons, first and last time using you, all the best and good luck with running this business like this, other thinking about this place reading the reviews below

Do not go here!!! Disappointed by my visit today! The lady with dark hair and a fringe told me the dry cleaning machine wouldn’t be used due to the heat and her working alone tomorrow she won’t do it..despite dry cleaning being their main service. When I asked for my designer Prada jacket to be professionally cleaned, she suggested I wash it at home? Not the level of service you'd expect. Glad I hadn’t paid as she didn’t seem bothered about the job and was too busy chatting to her male friend from FedEx.

The customer service was extremely poor. When I entered the store, they were still engaged in a conversation as if I were not present. Even when they ceased their conversation, I needed to return a parcel, which they denied. Their assistance was utterly useless. I went to Timpson Verry helpfully
