I took in my mums very precious1959 wedding dress in order for my daughter to be able to wear it for her upcoming wedding. The lady in Johnsons was amazing and I felt reassured she would take great care with the dress. She did an absolutely fantastic job; it came up beautifully bright, fresh and clean and the fusty smell of age was gone. It was also a very reasonable price and less than quoted elsewhere. Thank you so much.
Jacket and Trousers cleaned. They did they do a great job - as always, plus the service remains extremely helpful and polite. That enough would warrant 5 stars. However, I was not aware that I had left cash one of my items cleaned. This was handed back to me at pick up. I offered to give some cash as a reward for the lady's honesty, but this was politely declined and said to be part of the service. What a breath of fresh air to experience such honesty and kindness in todays climate. Thank you so much!
My daughter asked about wedding dress dry cleaning and was told it would take 5-6 weeks as there was a backlog of dresses waiting to be cleaned. She also told her that Johnsons was the only bridal dry cleaners in the Doncaster area. My daughter rang Tinpsons at Tesco (Woodfield Plantation) who said they also dry clean wedding dresses and could have it sent that day and have it returned in 3-5 days! My suede trainers were looking ruined from muddy walks. The lovely ladies at Johnson's in ASDA Doncaster have done an incredible job restoring them. Thank you, worth every penny!
I am incredibly grateful to Amy and the team at the Doncaster Lakeside Asda branch for their excellent service. Not only did they clean my clothes beautifully, but they also went above and beyond with some sentimental pieces that had difficult stains. Amy was upfront about the risks involved, yet she took great care and managed to clean everything perfectly—all within just a few days. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer care truly set them apart. Highly recommend!
