Last Monday I have jacket and shirt to be cleaned . Wednesday my order supposed to be ready ,the stuff couldn't find my shirt , luckily they did find my shirt ,but what happened today morning ,one hour before my job interview , give me nearly heart attack , when I did found out my jacket haven't been cleaned and I paid 16 pounds of the service . Fantastic dry cleaners! Mandy is a lovely kind lady who makes sure everything is to a high standard. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Mandy has been my dry cleaner for years. Angela is the most fantastic seamstress, an incredibly talented lady. She has done all sorts of alterations and amendments for me over the years. Cannot recommend enough!

A massive thank you to the welcoming and helpful staff, at the Rochester branch of Johnsons. They dealt with my enquiry regarding cleaning a faux fur jacket, in a professional and helpful manner, bringing a smile to my face in the process.
