I am outraged by the service I received at your Basingstoke branch. I dropped off three jackets (North Face puffer, Nike, and Primark) on Tuesday, paid £74, and collected them today , only to find them still filthy. Seriously, it looks like they weren’t washed at all. When your staff handed them to me, I didn’t check them properly in the store. They claimed “it’s way better than before” , what a joke. I collected my double duvet today and noticed it still had stain marks and dog hair still on it. I paid £35.50 which is a joke as the job hasn’t been done properly and it doesn’t smell fresh at all. I’m not happy with the service at all and won’t come back again

Prior to my wedding I popped in with a wedding accessory and they advised how best to clean it. I got fantastic results. Customer service is exceptional along with friendly, helpful staff.
