I am outraged by the service I received at your Basingstoke branch. I dropped off three jackets (North Face puffer, Nike, and Primark) on Tuesday, paid £74, and collected them today , only to find them still filthy. Seriously, it looks like they weren’t washed at all. When your staff handed them to me, I didn’t check them properly in the store. They claimed “it’s way better than before” , what a joke. Excellent service from Johnson Cleaners! My clothes were cleaned perfectly and ready on time. The staff were friendly, professional, and took great care with my items. Everything came back looking fresh and spotless. Reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Johnson Cleaners and will definitely be using them again.

Amazing service at the Chineham Johnson’s, was told it would be up to 3 days to clean my husbands 3 piece wool suit which was perfectly fine and was done the same day! Staff, Cath and Mandy, incredibly helpful

Extortionate prices for poor service. I paid £50 for a pair of jeans to be taken up and in. I waited weeks for them to be available and when I called, they’d been sitting there without them alerting me! It was only when I got home I realised that they had not been taken up nearly as much as I asked for. Will not be returning

An amazing service at Johnson’s in chineham. Both Kath and Mandy went above and beyond and beyond! They deserve some recognition for understanding their customers needs and addressing them promptly.
