Claims to do wash and fold service online. Went in today, and was told they don’t and would have to price every item individually. Pretty bad service. Went to Cartiers instead. I’d go to cartiers every time now.
Was visiting from the US for a wedding and needed my suit pressed. Speedy service well done!
Used the wash and iron pickup from Waitrose - came back scrunched in a bag all creased. Do not bother , 65 pounds wasted. Really go elsewhere if you looking to get washing / dry cleaning done
Turned a very expensive jacket a totally different colour and cited 'manufacturer error'. Unwilling to accept responsibility and no mention of this prior to receiving the item back. Evidently no care was taken to avoid any washing issues. Quite shocking and I hope you avoid them - all the best.
I took one of my favourite dresses here after I had spilt red wine down it at a party. As I had already taken it to a different dry cleaners, who had failed to remove the stain, I wasn't particularly optimistic the stain could be removed. However, after taking it here the dress looked exactly as it had when I had first bought it two years ago. Excellent and quick service, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
