The three ladies at Johnson's are amazing. Rachel, Jan and Claire are always vere friendly and welcoming to me and my little furry friend. They recently cleaned my wedding dress and packed it beautifully once finished that it was a wonderful suprise opening the box and seeing my beautiful dress. These girls work super hard and are a credit to Johnson's.
Rude and unhelpful staff . Not a pleasant experience trying to post a parcel. No manners and rude abrupt interaction . Had to go in here to send an Evri parcel . I wouldn't go in here out of choice .Reading other reviews other people feel the same !
The lady who works in this store is undoubtedly one of the rudest most unpleasant servers I have ever come across. Surly to the point of aggression despite customers being utterly polite to her. Seems to want to frighten customers away.
Special praise to Jan! We had ordered a prom dress that arrived with a lot of stains. Also, it needed some alterations. All this with the prom happening soon - it was all so stressful. However, on presenting the dress to Jan with all it's issues, she calmly said she could sort it. The next day she contacted us to say the dress was now ready. I had a very disappointing experience at this cleaner. From the start, there was a serious lack of communication when I dropped off my item, which led to it being cleaned in a way I did not ask for. The price I was quoted at drop-off was also completely different from what I was charged upon collection. If the item couldn’t be cleaned the way I requested due to the care label, that’s completely understandable — but what’s not acceptable is failing to inform me beforehand.
