Really helpful staff, when I needed a blouse altering (sleeves and hem). Thanks to Jan who did an excellent job on the alterations; would definitely use them again and would recommend.
They seem to do absolutely everything. I take a lot of dry cleaning to this store. They are incredibly efficient and extremely helpful. I would definitely highly recommend using them.

The three ladies at Johnson's are amazing. Rachel, Jan and Claire are always vere friendly and welcoming to me and my little furry friend. They recently cleaned my wedding dress and packed it beautifully once finished that it was a wonderful suprise opening the box and seeing my beautiful dress. These girls work super hard and are a credit to Johnson's.
I had a very disappointing experience at this cleaner. From the start, there was a serious lack of communication when I dropped off my item, which led to it being cleaned in a way I did not ask for. The price I was quoted at drop-off was also completely different from what I was charged upon collection. If the item couldn’t be cleaned the way I requested due to the care label, that’s completely understandable — but what’s not acceptable is failing to inform me beforehand.
