Had my second visit to Johnson’s to send 2 parcels via EVRI. Very unhelpful and rude on both occasions. Basically you scan the parcels as everywhere else which is perfect but then you have to use the hand held device to scan the barcode yourself. This does not happen anywhere else therefore I didn’t know how to do it. Staff so rude and reluctant to help. The attitude of the person in the shop was rude and dismissive. Will never go there again for anything. Staff need to learn some manners. Unacceptable
They seem to do absolutely everything. I take a lot of dry cleaning to this store. They are incredibly efficient and extremely helpful. I would definitely highly recommend using them.

The three ladies at Johnson's are amazing. Rachel, Jan and Claire are always vere friendly and welcoming to me and my little furry friend. They recently cleaned my wedding dress and packed it beautifully once finished that it was a wonderful suprise opening the box and seeing my beautiful dress. These girls work super hard and are a credit to Johnson's.
Really helpful staff, when I needed a blouse altering (sleeves and hem). Thanks to Jan who did an excellent job on the alterations; would definitely use them again and would recommend.
