Just picked up dress which had a small fruit juice stain. I pointed this out to the gentleman serving me. He didn't write anything down on the ticket for the garment or say anything to me so I assumed it could be removed. My daughter picked up the dress and nothing was said so I know that no attempt has been made to remove it. The stain is still there and I feel disappointed at paying £16 and the dress still being soiled. Very poor service.
Great service from Louise, she fit a new battery in my car key. I decided to go for a lifetime battery so I never need to pay for another one! Thanks
They may advertise that they can cut keys but DO NOT TRUST THEM. They failed to cut my key two times in a row and managed to chip my original key the second time they tried and now I have no way to open my lock! They have refunded me for their failed attempts but that is no use as now I need a new lock. Somehow they have the audacity to charge £9 for the service that they can't even provide! There are professional locksmiths next door that will do a top job for £7.5
Unbelievably fast service. Dropped the curtains in at 1000 and picked them up 4 hours later. Very pleasant and helpful lady running the shop. 5* service, thank you.
