Hired this firm for a mold damage claim. Communication was poor — had to follow up repeatedly for basic updates. I sent photo evidence directly to the associate attorney, and it either got lost or never made it to the partner running my case. My impression was the associate couldn't move without the partner's direct involvement — work stalled whenever he wasn't hands-on. Lots of promises, very little follow-through. Did a consultation. Never heard back. No email sent to pay retainer for change in child custody. The thing that really bothered me was the racial questions. Yet leave no option for multi racial or no racial. But why do my race matter? Maybe that's why I never heard back
