I felt like Jon was very hands on and extremely informative on the entire loan process for my families new home. He made the process very easy, explained every step and made sure that I understood everything at the end, which I appreicated. I know there is a lot of moving parts into buying a house, I was just glad that I could work with Jon, because he was so knowledgeable. I would choose guaranteed rate over and over again!
