Dr. Desantis is a great doctor however his office support and nursing staff in the Glens Falls Office as well as in the Albany office is very poor. Testing is not scheduled in an approriate time period. Tests that are scheduled are cancelled at the last minute. There is a lack of follow up by his office staff. The office personnel and nursing staff apear to be clueless at times and very disorganized

Dr. DiSantis stepped in and saw me as a fit in. I was anxiously awaiting my tests results when I received a phone call at 10:30 pm stating that the Dr. I was supposed to see for the 2nd time wasn't going to be there the next day. I was frantic-no explanation was given to me-I called at 8am the morning of my scheduled appointment and they gave me to Dr. DiSantis. What a blessing! He gave me the results of my tests and spoke to me at length. He was kind, compassionate and very professional.
