It is amazing to find a mental health office that does not take weeks to months to be seen. I live in Southern Illinois and I am able to do telehealth appointments. My first appointment for a therapist and a psychologist both were within a week of scheduling them, and the providers are excellent. The place near me has a wait of more than a month for Therapy, and one provider for psychologists in the county takes my insurance, making it even more difficult.

Life stances a horrible company. They try to get you into your appointment half an hour early before the provider is ever even ready for you. And then if you dare to join the appointment early and try to leave the appointment they will tell you that they are going to cancel your appointment. So they send you an email half an hour early and urge you and say that the provider is ready and it's all a lie to get you to wait there so they can make more money. My actual therapist has been wonderful. The actual booking experience with the office has not been wonderful.
