Dr. Tovey is very competent and informed as well as personable. He takes the time to explain conditions and diagnoses, making patients feel well taken care of.
Excellent treatment and takes time to explain everything and what he recommends and why. Recently had a problem and the office got me in to see him that day!

Dr. Tovey is very professional,as is the staff that supports him. He explained every aspect of my procedure and what to expect during the surgery. He always asks if I have any questions or concerns and gave me the time to think about it. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I did not feel rushed because he has other patients. I left his office with the feeling that I was under the best care I could find and professionalism aside he is also a nice man.
Dr. Tovey is a ultimate professional who will take time to answer all my questions and also explain the charts and the test results. He is an excellent Ophthalmologist and really care about his patients. I am glad he is my doctor and thank him for his professionalism.
