My experience with Dr. Tobey has Always been Great! He's very Professional, Caring and Experienced. I would highly recommend Dr. Tobey! He also has a 5 star staff!
Dr. Tovey is such a nice man. My first exam with him revealed a detached retina and he was on it quickly. I saw the specialist within a day and a half. I am now getting ready to have cataract surgery on both eyes. I have no doubts regarding Dr. Toveys skills. The office personnel are all nice and I've been to 3 different offices.
The assistants were very knowledgeable and they made me feel very comfortable. My visit was a very calm visit.
