I've been using them for a while and they are great, main issue is no emergency line/if you don't call ahead of time they might not get to you in time. I'm leaving this 5 star review because I was trying to prepare for a winter storm and they weren't able to get to me in time because they didn't receive the forms I submitted online to get more gas but the owner brought me more gas when he was made aware that I was out and it's my only heating and cooking source besides electric heaters. 10/10 recommend Jones and their service team. The techs worked diligently to get my fireplace running efficiently. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was being cared for by a family member. I am forever grateful for their kindness and compassionate service. Brenda in the office is so very sweet and accommodating. From communicating with their business office to the guys installing the system, everyone and everything were better than we could have hoped for.
