Doing business with Jones LP Gas has been an excellent experience. I have been a fan of Jones Propane for some years now, Friday propane tank fills always the best deal in Onslow County. When My wife and I upgraded to a gas range / oven there was only one place we wanted to deal with. We got a very reasonable quote, installation came quick. Bobby and Tyler were very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They performed a quick , clean and complete installation and answered all questions we had. They made my day with their humor.
I couldn't imagine better service. Bobby and Tyler are super stars. Fast and efficient install of my gas (propane converted) oven. I have to add the young lady that initially took my call was extremely polite and helpful. It's just a great family business.
Our propane fireplace was never used by the previous owners of our home. We contacted Jones Gas and Oil for assistance. They dispatched Bobby and Tyler to our home to install a tank and start the fireplace and instruct us in the operation. Bobby and Tyler were great. Their customer service was exceptional and their job skill sets were top notch. Thank you for the great service.
Just got my tank installed, Bobby and Tyler were amazing! Those guys went above and beyond to not only install my tank, but they also took their time answering any questions I had.
