10/10 recommend Jones and their service team. The techs worked diligently to get my fireplace running efficiently. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was being cared for by a family member. I am forever grateful for their kindness and compassionate service. Brenda in the office is so very sweet and accommodating. I've been using them for a while and they are great, main issue is no emergency line/if you don't call ahead of time they might not get to you in time. I'm leaving this 5 star review because I was trying to prepare for a winter storm and they weren't able to get to me in time because they didn't receive the forms I submitted online to get more gas but the owner brought me more gas when he was made aware that I was out and it's my only heating and cooking source besides electric heaters.
