What a gorgeous planter! Some family friends ordered this to my house since I’m recovering from surgery. They included a personalized note and the planter is so pretty.
Beautiful bouquet which looked exactly as pictured. Recipient, a long time resident of Cincinnati was so impressed, she is going to be using this flower shop in the future. Economical. Great communication: quick response time, provided email invoice, email update when delivered. Highly recommend.
When I saw the picture of this arrangement I loved it. I was so surprised when it was delivered and it was so much nicer than the picture. A beautiful arrangement at a great price. I love that some of the blooms were still buds and not fully opened. It makes the flowers last so much longer. Very happy with the arrangement, the delivery service was exceptional and the ease of ordering. I will be using Jones from now on.
Delivery right on time. Actual flowers do not match the picture. Fix was to take 10% off, and advice was, "Don't order by the picture next time. State exactly what colors you want."
