When a bride gives you something they treasure to have it put in their bouquet. It should be there. Period. It’s not something you should ever forget. And that’s what happened. So. If you have nothing special you need in your bouquet to help you remember your grandmother who passed away, then you could use them. But. I wouldn’t. This just shows me how much you don’t care about the bride.
My daughters wedding was this past weekend. Flowers were left at front desk of the hotel, never notified us. Phone number they gave us, no one would answer, voice mail not set up. How are you supposed to leave a Room Number to hotel??? Bridesmaid flowers wrong color. Had to run to The North Market in the last minute to purchase white roses and replace them ourselves. My niece used this florist this past weekend for her wedding. All of the flowers were incorrect. The brides bouquet was supposed to have my deceased mothers rosaries as an accessory, they were missing, we had to rush and purchase white roses to replace the pink roses that were delivered. There was no contact person or number left. And the voicemail to the phone number my niece had, wasn’t activated to leave a voicemail. The box with the flowers had 2 different names written on them. A good friend of mine used Bloomtastic as the floral company for her wedding day. When arrangements were left unfinished and some not even put out, Bloomtastic gave her nothing but grief for simply wanting a refund, some form of compensation or even a simple apology for the items that were not up to the standard of quality she was promised from the owners. I firmly believe that no one who attended this wedding would recommend Bloomtastic for any occasion.
Extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time, the work is extremely derivative of other florists in the area, but executed poorly with terrible service.
I wouldn’t recommend Bloomtastic to my worst enemy. Not only were the flowers sparse and nowhere near what was discussed and paid for but their customer service is terrible as well. The venue had to find flowers leftover from another wedding to fill in and fix the head table and chandelier that looked half decorated thanks to Bloomtastic. The flowers were dry and lacking color as well. The photographer has had to take extra time to edit the flowers in all the photos so they don’t look like complete garbage. DOES NOT PROVIDE SERVICES PROMISED. Didn't bring enough materials to complete services that were promised. Didn't followed through on appearance for service such as head table, chandelier or back drop. Flowers (white roses) were browning on petals in all bouquets , backdrop was terrible and didn't have agreed upon flowers. WARNING!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & DISAPPOINTMENT!! During our wedding flower consultation, I presented the photo references that we were looking for on our wedding day. Bloomtastic put in descriptions and cost based on the pictures I provided. On wedding day, The flowers were nothing like the photo references or what we asked for. They did the flowers for our wedding in August. I think the communication overall was good especially in the beginning and up into the wedding day. I had some last minute changes and they were very accommodating. My wedding day, had a couple issues with the individual with setup and she had a horrible attitude. I did reach out to the owner to let her know specific arrangement weren’t provided that I specifically paid for. I was told I would refunded for the arrangements not provided.
