Jake from Jon’s Heating was great. He came out twice. The first time the day after our call and the second time the day of our call. They didn’t try to upsell us or tell us our 43 year old system needed replaced just because it was old. Jake was professional and courteous, even wearing booties on his shoes through our house. Our furnace is still up and running because of Jake.
I really like the staff and maintenance engineers. They were quick to come out and assess the problem with the water heater. When they found out that it needed replacement, they immediately ordered a replacement and installed it within a few days. They are great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone that has HVAC and water heater issues.

Reached out to them 1st thing on a Monday morning and Kathy got back to me in just a few minutes and scheduled Jake to come out same day! Jake was great and remedied my issue quickly. Highly Recommend! Thankyou!!
I have worked with the team at Jon’s heating since 2020 for my employer and personal. They respond quickly, try to schedule promptly and execute. The estimates I have found to be in line and I have yet to discuss fees after the work is completed. 1st rate!
