James from Joplin Pool & Spa is great at what he does. Troubleshooting wiring errors, balancing water, and talking you through any spa related things you have questions about. He was able to get me fixed up quickly and was great while doing it. I recommend him greatly!
I highly recommend Joplin Pool & Spa for all your pool and spa needs. The staff are not only friendly, they are highly skilled! Our new hot tub is so relaxing and affordable!
I'm very happy with the service I received. My wife and I had been in the store a few times and each time we were greeted by friendly staff and they took the time to answer all our questions. We purchased a hot tub and it was about a 2 week wait. On the day of delivery there were done issues with were we had run power to the pad and the owner and his guy spent a good 2 hours making sure we were able to work with what we had. Under new ownership for years, the old ownership were wonderful to work with, and they also solve the problem. My hot tub is leaking. I have spent $2000 to work on it and it’s still leaking. The new ownerships are not like the old ones buyers beware. Today, January 2 the owners, and I came to an agreement. The owners are refunding my $2000 for the repair that they fix the original leak but I have a new leak. We worked a situation out and I am getting a new hot tub. They are excellent people to work with.
