I had a very traumatizing experience with this therapist during couples counseling. She consistently took my boyfriend’s side, which made me feel completely dismissed and invalidated. When I tried to discuss past traumatic events, she would ask, 'When are you gonna let go of the past?' which felt very insensitive. It was hard enough to get my boyfriend to start therapy, and I wanted this to be a positive experience for us to grow together. My therapist, Jordan, is always very professional, caring, good listener, and wait time for your visit is very prompt. She is also, very kind and easy to talk to about anything that you wish to share with her concerning your circumstances.
Jordan was easy to talk to and setting the appointment was simple. I have seen Jordan a few times now and she is fantastic to work with.
Seem less booking, virtual experience has been excellent.
