Jose Macias is just phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the loan and my new home. He was always great with communication and helped me reach other parties that were bad with it! He was always a phone call away no matter if he was on vacation or it was early in the morning. Never had a problem reaching out to him and he always kept me informed and educated on the situation and home buying process. I fully recommend him to anyone seeking a lender! Top notch guy!

Jose took the time to sit down with me pre-loan application and before I even started looking. From then on, he was available, informative and so helpful until the day I closed on my condo. He even referred me to the homeowners insurance agency I ended up going with. Also - Guaranteed Rate provides many options and their entire team was great to work with. I had a really positive experience with Jose and his team. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns. Jose and his team members were always patient and willing to answer any questions I had. Jose was always prompt and clear with his communication so I knew what I needed to provide and when. This made the whole process go much faster than I expected! I really appreciated that Jose was not only always available, but was consistently friendly and professional.
