Refinancing my mortgage When I began looking for a company to refinance my home through, Lending Tree looked like a good option. I requested information and Joe l, from Top Flite, called me that same day. We started the process by doing the application and getting the pre approval. Top Notch!!!!! The entire process from the first phone call to the closing was near perfect. Being in the real estate industry and working with mortgage companies on a daily basis, I can without a doubt say TopFlight, Joe Daniels and Katie Dennis were some of the best I have seen in the industry. We did a cash out refinance on our home and every step of the way was explained and smooth. Would 100% recommend this company.

It was a great experience The entire process was really not as bad as I thought. Any questions I had and trust me I had a lot of questions 😃 they always answered even on the weekends when they could have waited until the next business day to reply. Everything worked out and I’m very happy with my choice to go with TopFlite

Reliable, Prompt, and Persistent on your behalf! I really appreciated someone worked for me as hard as I worked for her. The faster I got things done she did things just as fast if not faster on her end!! Apparently, on my first and second mortgage I missed out on being treated with a level of service that I didn’t think was possible. I feel relieved, redeemed and validated after this experience! Good experience. The process was easy and they explain everything in detail. It took (70) days from start to finish. I realize many people are refinancing to lower their interest rates during this time, so it is important to be patient. The faster you get them the documents they request, the faster your process will be. My daughter used a different company and it took over 3 months to close. Great experience overall. I would recommend Joe Daniel, he was very knowledgeable and made the process stress free.

Great Experience! Friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Joe & Kellie were top notch through the whole process. I felt like they were just as invested in the process as I was. Few hiccups along the way, but nothing due to either of them! Will recommend
