Joe Daniel/Loan Officer Mr. Daniel was highly professional and accessible. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We were in different time zones; he gave me his cell number should I have any questions outside of office hours. My loan process flowed smoothly and effortlessly.
It was a very good experience I would have to say that Joseph Daniel was very professional from day one and he made our refinance process simple and fast. If we had any questions he would respond quickly and even if it was on the weekend he would still get back to us. I highly recommend him if you are ever looking into refinancing your home!!
