I called Jose for a quote on how to get my pool equipment up and running. He came out next day and gave me options. I was having foundation poured and he rushed my equipment installation to make sure I did not have a leak before pouring concrete. Thank God he did! We had 4 leaks and he came out immediately to help repair! Jose is a very honest, caring, efficient and thorough with his work! I had an issue with my pool where it had yellow algae and didn’t know what to do. I called Jose and he was able to send Carlos Sandoval over to my house the same day to take care of my pool. Carlos showed up and explained everything that happened and what he was going to do to fix the issue. He followed up the next day and there was very slight spotting but came out again to treat the pool to ensure the issue was corrected. We had a recommendation from Jose’s Pool business, his name is Carlos Sandoval. Our above ground pool was very dirty, full of algae & needed a good cleaning. Carlos came out & in 1 day had it cleaned. I thought this would take several days. Carlos was very professional, friendly & patient (I had questions & took notes).
