I loved this practice. I am new to therapy and my provider Josh was awesome. He created a safe place and held space for me to ramble on about my issues. Aside from my provider, it was easy to get an appointment. I really appreciate there text reminders to check in prior to your appointment. I save me the mental space to be able to go in and wait to be called. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone in need of therapy. If I could I would give way more than 5 stars.
Josh Xu provides great insight and experience, despite his young age he provides qualitative experience that is helping improve mine and my wife’s marriage. Thank you for your help Josh!
