From the moment I called Josh for the pre-approval letter (which he got to me within a couple of hours) to the close of the house, this team (Josh Moody) sprinted to get the house closed. This is the second time we've used them and both times have been great experiences. They hand hold you through the process and their customer service is possibly the best I've ever experienced.

This is our 3rd loan with Josh Moody and his team and we will never use anyone else. With their app... everything is so easy and efficient and we always knew exactly what step in the loan process we were in. And his team was AMAZING! I wish I'd used Josh Moody and his team from the very beginning!! We started a purchase on a condo at the beach, seemed simple enough until the lender decided 2 weeks after they had us completely out of underwriting to drop us, they said it was the property they couldn't approve.
