Just closed on a home with Josh Moody and his team! They were fantastic and extremely helpful. Matt and Chelsea were amazing to work with also. I honestly can't imagine making it through this process without their guidance and expertise. I would highly recommend using Josh Moody! He will be our go to for any future purchases. Just closed on our condo, and Josh and his team helped us getting the loan. He is very responsive and on top of everything.
