Im blown away at how amazing josh and his team are. They made the whole experience effortless and easy and they were a pleasure to work with. Josh was super responsive always and I never felt like a burden asking so many questions and giving him a call im so greatful I found him and the team he works with honestly I think anyone would be really stupid to not go with josh and the rate team I cant say enough about how amazing they were they deserve more then 5 stars
