Provider tells me she can’t log in or hear me during appointments. I don’t get calendar invites for appointments, just the email with the date but no convenient way to add to a calendar. I also can’t see any past or future appointments in the portal. My provider has to put in the appointments for me but I don’t get any notification about it until about 4-5 days before. I cannot plan ahead with this way of booking.
