This is easily the best car repair experience I have had. From the start, Ray has been nothing but transparent about the repair process and cost so I am well informed. He accommodated my preferences to fix vs replace certain parts and recommended various ways in order to reduce the time my car would be in the shop since this is my only car. Ray is amazing in communication. Just fixed my tesla model 3. They provided a best service with best price which is pretty rare in bay area. Now i understand why they are 5 star. I got quotes from non tesla store they either quoted me more or same price. The labor cost is more at this place but I would pay more for trained people.
