My Tesla model Y had a hit and run while parking, multiple panels on the driver side were damaged. I am very glad and satisfied with the high quality service received at JP Auto. Both Ray and Jay are amazing to work with and kept in smooth communications. They did an amazing job polishing the side fender, bumper, and door for a very affordable price! It was fast, clean, and the quality was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and punctual. Hands down the best body shop in the Bay Area. Highly recommended! 🥹🥹🥹😀😀😆

My 16 y/o was hit in my 2018 Tesla Model 3. Fortunately, no one was hurt, and as a new driver he wasn’t at fault. The other driver’s insurance offered a couple of options, but I said my preference is to go to a shop that is certified to repair Teslas. I am glad I did. JP estimated the repairs same day and accepted the car quickly. They had to replace the driver side front quarter panel, the front bumper, repair the hood and replace a broken head lamp.
