My wife was very stressed after an accident involving her beloved Model Y when someone failed to look before pulling out of a street parking space. Ray was very professional and communicative. He clearly explained how he would inspect the issues and gave me a realistic timeline. When ETA got longer, he proactively reached out to keep me updated, which I really appreciated. I’m happy with the way he fixed my car and the overall experience.
I have had amazing experiences with JP Auto Body shop in Redwood City after I got into a collision.
