I cannot say enough good things about my experience using JS Chamberlain. My heat was not working, and the issues involved were numerous and complicated. Quite a bit of diagnosing and trouble shooting was necessary to get to the root cause. The technicians arrived on time and stayed on the job for as long as it took, identifying and correcting each issue in a methodical fashion. Tony has come to service our unit a couple of times. Most recently to replace the coil in my unit. He’s very pleasant, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer all my questions and explains things thoroughly. We truly appreciate his time and hard work!! From start to finish, the entire experience is seamless. From the time you call Joe to the time the job is finished is truly a painless experience. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!!
