Tony has come to service our unit a couple of times. Most recently to replace the coil in my unit. He’s very pleasant, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer all my questions and explains things thoroughly. We truly appreciate his time and hard work!! From start to finish, the entire experience is seamless. From the time you call Joe to the time the job is finished is truly a painless experience. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!!

I recently had JS Chamberlain service my AC, and the whole experience was great. The technician was on time, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue, fixed it quickly, and made the whole process easy. I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend their service!

Had them come out to fix some holes in the condenser line. Once this was fixed their thorough operations check of the system found plastic in the system itself blocking the blower from working efficiently. They cleaned EVERYTHING and left it all looking better than they arrived. Stellar service, great price, no extra "fixes" pushed. Just straight forward honest work. AC works better than it did before it broke to begin with.

We called in the AM when we realized our AC may not be working properly. In less than 10 minutes Tony was here and gave us his honest and thorough diagnosis. Always grateful for the speedy service & trustworthy help!

Joe Chamberlain and the crew are great. They’ve worked on commercial AC/Heat with ductwork and residential boilers/furnaces for us. They always pay attention to detail, quick to respond, and with competitive pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
