I’ve been using J’s for many years and have been a loyal customer. Today they lost my business. After receiving a pair of pants that were not effectively dry cleaned with a spot on them, they told me to bring them in to be redone. I brought them to Joe at the store and he was unable to find a barcode, and upon discussing, he accused me of bringing in a like but different pair of pants and refusing to re-dry clean them, taking no responsibility. Great customer service compared to others in the area. Really quick turn around on Dey cleaning. Very well packaged and presented at pick up. What else do you need? These are now my go to dry cleaners. And they do sneaker cleanings and in house tailoring. I’ll be ready for the trip out on the Jittbey in no time at all. Many thanks J’s!

The best dry cleaner and tailor around! The staff are always friendly, the text notification system makes everything super easy, and they even give my dog a treat 😊 They’ve managed to remove every stain I’ve ever brought in!

Excellent tailoring. Immaculate cleaning and on time delivery. Competitive prices and friendly service in case anything might need additional care… and great cleaning of white garments … the biggest challenge I find.

This is my 2nd time using their services. Both times I needed zippers replaced on my jacket and both times it was done well. I like the email and text notifications. It’s a nice reminder for those who are busy.
