Juan is fantastic. I love working with him. On the other hand, the billing dept charged me a 100.00fee because I did not give notice (48 hours). This was a Jewish Holiday, and I also responded to an E mail, more than 48 hours before. I asked for a waiver of this fee as it was a Jewish Holiday. I was not given it. I think this fee was unfairly charged to me.

Juan G is a very good Psychologist he listens and interacts with your conversations. He has helped me thru a lot of my tough emotions and moments in my life. I think it is very important to have a person you talk to understand you and really listen to you not just feel like I am just a person you are getting paid. Again I would send anyone to Juan he really understands and listens and helps you find a way for you to make a good choice. I am glad I didn’t give up on Lifestance.

Juan is an incredible therapist who has walked with me through some of the darkest years of my life. I wish I could put into words the impact he has in my current journey navigating through life’s difficulties as well as my healing journey looking back at past traumas. His wisdom and insight are invaluable as he consistently provides me a safe space to process through all that is in my head. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a therapist.
