Been living here for almost a year now. I really feel at home here. my floor is pretty quiet. Chill and always clean in the hallway. Specifically, Sylver Monroe, leasing consultant, was instrumental in helping us with the application process, a variety of move-in logistics and getting settled quickly and easily into our new home. I was scheduled at 9am today for a tour. No concierge when you walk in. Then this black lady with pink hair is not accommodating. Saying we dont do tours at 9am. But I told her i have a text message that Im scheduled for 9am. She was saying a lot of things about the weather and she might slip outside. I just want to know if they could accommodate me today. This review is specifically for Ms. Cheree who has handled the concierge desk in Judd too well for far too long without proper recognition. She stepped behind the desk shortly after we moved into the building and took the reins from Bernard and has been consistently the best to do it. She’s a joy to see and interact with every time we come through the lobby, and she always makes sure tasks are done and done well. The location is great, the facilities are well kept up and the staff are really friendly. In particular, Keyaira, who works at one of the concierge desks is such a joy. She is always cheerful, loves dogs, and is fun to talk to.
