I really like my new therapist, Judith. I’ve had several therapist over the years but Judith is really knowledgeable. It’s not just talking about everyday issues then signing off by reminding me of the good stuff in my life, it’s actively working on myself. It’s tough but I can see there is a reason behind what I do and a plan on how to deal with issues more productively.
Without Judith Max Palmer and Melissa Stillwell’s help I could not of felt this good . They made me realize I’m stronger than I ever knew I was .
