NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Kept makibg faces like she could care less.
I have had 1 appt. with her. Does not have a friendly manner at all. This was to establish care. I have to wait 2 and a half months for another appt. I will most likely change health provider.
An okay doctor. Staff are very rude and very unorganized and getting an appointment takes a months. She said I'd have a new medication but my pharmacy has not received anything yet even though it has been a week already.
ok doctor if you can actually get an appt. with her. she is way way over-booked (people must really like her) and over-worked, one positive is that she will spend a lot of time with you at least 20 mins. or more and that is unusual with any doctor. All of the nurses and receptionists are unorganized but nice. tried to get an appt. w/judy and was told she had 1 opening 3 months down the line....What kind of messed-up stuff is that? smh.
Also had a horrific experience. She is not knowledgeable and doesn't listen. I believe that physicians/nurse practitioners who don't know how to communicate with and listen to their patients aren't progressing within the healthcare field and are inept at treating patients. Nothing was accomplished with my visit with Judy Chen and I had to see another physician to be treated.
My experience with Judy Chen was absolutely horrific. The background: I recently moved from Anthem to downtown Las Vegas, therefore I needed to establish care with a new PCP (or equivalent as in a NP or PA). Due to financial issues I was unable to commute in order to keep my previous PCP, whom I adore (Dr. Peter Tran).
