We first worked with Julian in March of 2019, a year after we moved in to our new home. Another lender was working us through the VA refinancing with cash out to eliminate some debts and I took Julian up on his offer to look the details over to see if he could do better. Sure enough, he beat their interest rate and their closing costs, and helped us improve our cash flow significantly by paying off some high interest credit cards.
