Our heating unit went out during a forecast of frozen temperatures and precipitation. We called at 7:30 and Jason (the owner) was at our house before 10 am. We had a choice of estimates before he left our home. Our new unit was installed three days later. We were also given electric heat units to hold us over until the old unit was replaced. We are extremely satisfied with the work Julian Heat and Air did in our home. We had them move our intake which meant they had to fabricate a new intake box in the house along with reconfiguring the system in the basement based on the new location. We also added a dehumidifier and the work is top notch. The team of Jason, Ralph, Charlie and others were such hard workers and extremely knowledgeable. We now have their annual service which we had a cleaning with Kyle. We couldn’t be so happier and impressed with this company.

We use Julian Heat & Air for our regular maintenance, and they always do a great job. They’re punctual, thorough, and keep everything running smoothly. Having the maintenance package gives us peace of mind, and their service has always been dependable. Highly recommend!

Julian Heat and Air teams are the best. Jason came out and we talked in-depth about replacing my old worn out HVAC System. I gave him my budget and asked him to coordinate the entire project so I would have to worry about anything. Jason Julian is truly the best. He was able to give me a completely new system, placing the furnace,including new ducting all in the attic and adding vents in my sun room and garage conversion. Jason went the extra mile to make sure that my new system was tuned in perfectly. I had spent over a year planning for our new home and was a complicated customer. Jason had an independent heat load calc done on our high performance home, and his team used high quality materials. They tested everything after the system was in place to make sure everything was optimized and sent me the report to keep.
