I am first time homebuyer and I had a wonderful experience with Agora! This was also a fast closing (I had to close within 30 days). Just make sure you don't have any changes after you get your initial quote, or else the rate may change. My mortgage loan originator, Juliana Noel-Morgan, was the most pleasant and patient person. Juliana was extremely helpful throughout the entire loan process. This was my first time purchasing a house and I had many doubts about things working out nn time. There was less than a month between the offer being accepted and the closing date on the house, everything happened very fast. Juliana went above and beyond to close my loan on time. She was in constant communication and would always answer all of my calls/emails promptly. Even though she was on the other side of the Country, it was as if she was right around the corner. Agora is very lucky to have her.
