I was specifically helped with my booking by June Sudomerski from Pittsburgh. She was exceptional! She had a challenge to match me with the right therapist that was in my insurance plan. She spent most of a Friday afternoon searching for me, calling me multiple times with updates. At 4:45 I figured we would resolve it on Monday. Not June! I met with behavioral therapist Julie Guido for the first time on Thursday, Dec 14, 2023 and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. I feel we had a good rapport. It was comforting to be heard and understood. She gave me some exercises to do at home to help reduce my anxiety. I am looking forward to our next meeting.
