Dr. Kalb always takes her time in my visit and answers all my questions. She is a good listener and I do not feel rushed. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Kalb is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of seeing and I see a plethora of doctors. I have been going to this practice for the better part of a decade and I have always been treated with kindness, respect, and courtesy. Dr. Kalb is EXCELLENT and I would recommend her to anyone and have to many.
Dr Kalb has been my primary doctor for at least a decade now. She's a wonderful doctor and I can't recommend her enough. I never feel rushed when I'm with her, she's great listening to all my questions and concerns whether I'm ill or just there for a wellness exam. I genuinely feel cared for as her patient.
Dr. Kalb is excellent, she was my primary care physician for about five years before an unfortunate change in insurance forced me to find a new provider. She is attentive and caring. She provides collaborative care that encourages patients to take an active role in their health. She offers a whole health view that validates you as an individual with unique circumstances and challenges. She was a pleasure to work with, I would go back to her in a heartbeat if my insurance allowed.
She is the absolute most caring physician I have ever met and I've worked in healthcare for the last 16 years.
This is the last time that I will visit this practice. My mail order pharmacy contacted them for a refill and they denied it. Didn't have the decency to even call me personally to tell me that they wouldn't refill my prescription for blood pressure medication. Seriously? They would rather have a patient missing their meds just so that they can get you in their office for another appointment As far as i'm concerned that's a shame.
She couldn't even remember that she was the one that had diagnosed me with a particular condition, and that was while she had my chart open in front of her. Her staff is terrible as well, appointments take months to get, and if you have to reschedule they count you as a no show. During one of my appointments, Dr. Kalb started to ask me if I was having side effects from a medication then quickly said, "Actually, I don't have time to get into those medical questions with you today." Terrible.
Dr. Kalb will not discuss any other matter with you than the reason for your visit. Any new topic, she wants you to make another appointment. I have never had a doctor that wouldn't discuss a concern with me during a physical. I really feel like she tries to fill her books by forcing visits. If she didn't nickel and dime people to death with their money and time, maybe she would have more patients and not have to force the ones she has into multiple appointments that aren't necessary.
