Dr. Cronk removed two melanomas from my arm yesterday, and I was very satisfied with her. As others have said, she is very professional but warm and human and puts her patients at ease. I will see her again if need be.

Dr. Cronk is an amazing surgeon. I have a long history with her and am always amazed at her skill and calm demeanor. She has removed several melanomas for me and always with unmatched precision and care.
Took my mom in for skin cancer removal. Asked the dr. to give her a topical anesthetic for the pain. (Seniors heal slowly; mom had pain for weeks after last procedure.) Dr. refused to give a topical, insisting that IF my mother has pain, she should take hydrocodone. I reiterated: all she needs is a topical. Dr. refused to provide it. She wanted my already cognitively-impaired, 82-yr-old mom to take unneeded opioids. How stupid and medically irresponsible is that?
