New management was a disaster. Worse than the previous management. No one was ever in the office to talk to. The entire complex always smelled strongly of weed. Never enforced waste pick up, the community dog waste bins were either never stocked with waste bags or or waste was overflowing onto the ground around it. The gym access was hardly ever available, couldn’t figure out how to get our utility bills added on time to be paid..
Very nice unit, but so happy to have the home we were building done and be out of there. Move in was disgusting, unit was gross. We paid $180 to have the unit processionally cleaned before we decided to move in. When Seldin managed the property they couldn’t keep help so we had to deal with the other Seldin property with any issues and they clearly never got communicated to maintenance. Super shout out to Eric who is with the Maintenance Dept. at this property. I came home one night after work and the power was out due to weather. All I had was my garage door opener which obviously wouldn’t work to get access to my home. Eric was kindly helping shovel out a car stuck at the front entrance and was gracious enough to get my key from the office to let me in. This was 6:30pm and past his working hours. Very luxurious and quiet complex! We have had little to no issues since moving in and the leasing staff is quick to get in contact with you. Highly recommend!!!
As a first-time renter, I've enjoyed my time at Juniper Rows. The amount of space in my unit and the amenities are superb! I truly have no negative comments, issues and concerns we've had were addressed accordingly with the leasing office or maintenance staff. Our move-in process was smooth and neighbors are friendly! I would recommend Juniper Rows to anyone wanting a quiet, modern, and cozy place to live.
