I have used Jurassic Fuel for years. I went through an awful divorce and they laughed with me as I changed the account into my name, prioritized my oil delivery and most importantly, listened. Heather is outstanding! She is on top of return calls, prioritizes needs and has the personality of a saint. I would never use another company. They understand customer service and excel at it. It’s very rare these days. Thank you Heather and Jurassic Fuel.
I don’t leave reviews often, but for this company I gladly will. I first found Jurassic after a long battle with another Hudson Valley Oil company with a capital “B” that has been all in the news for scamming people. Jurassic staff from the office to the delivery has been nothing but exceptional. Anytime I’ve called within 30seconds I have a delivery date and order, “total” on hand. Excellent customer service! Stephanie was very helpful and very friendly. I had been tracking the prices of several of the competitors, including the one that serves my propane. Jurassic had the best price!! They also delivered earlier than expected. Have recommended several times over already!! Thank you!!
The real measure of the quality of a company is not when things are easy, it’s when challenges occur - how they respond. This had to be one of the least accountable and unapologeticly awful fuel company on the East Coast. Listen: After delivering to the wrong address, they didn’t take responsibility, blaming my family for miscommunication. I called to order fuel oil from Jurassic Fuels today. I gave my address and was immediately interrogated by the woman office worker as to who I was, was I married, did I live here and that I am not on the account. Well, who lives in my home is NONE of any ones business, especially an office work where i want to purchase oil from. The questions she asked me were very RUDE and NONE of her business.
