Very thankful to have found this storage facility. Sonia the general manager is amazing! She was very friendly and helped us get a great deal on a storage unit. In comparison to other storage facilities, we were able to get a great rate. The facility just recently opened, so it is new and clean. Besides the facility being nice and presentable with a great location; Sonia really made our decision final. She gave us good vibes and made us feel welcome and made us feel assured that we chose a great facility.
Sonia (site manager) and Dalia (assistant manager) did an amazing job explaining every detail for the lease/ discounts etc. The facility is extremely clean and new. Security is tight and they make sure to show you how everything works.
Just want to say that my experience at Just A Closet was phenomenal. The customer service is outstanding and Mrs. Sonia helped me get my unit fast and easy. Units are very clean and easy to access, I am very happy storing my items here.
This was such a fast and easy experience. Excellent customer service from Sonia, she was a really big help explaining things efficiently. I liked how clean and safe this facility is.
