I was looking for a storage to storage my decorations that I used for Church retreats where they will be well care and a good rate. I sent my questions using the portal. I was surprised when Kate replied me on the same date. I went looking for a small storage but after I talked to her about my needs, she offered me a good rate. For be my 1st time experience renting a storage, I was very pleased and felt happy with the experience. I ended with bigger storage under climate control with a great price compare with others

I normally don't leave reviews, but I do read them to help make my decision on locations and services, so here is mine. Kaye at Just A Closet is simply the best! She is always friendly in person and even on the phone. Explained everything in detail and even helped me get a larger unit for less $ after only being a customer for 6 months. Great brand new facility, very clean inside and out. Monitored 24/7, superb staff and customer service. I don't usually review but this place is worth mentioning compared to my old storage unit. Get your unit when you can, A+++++
